Casa Support

Casa Support, a not-for-profit organisation, is dedicated to delivering quality support services that are tailored to meet the needs of our customers. Part of the AmicusHorizon Group, Casa Support is promoting independence and creating futures across London and the South East.

Casa Support delivers services to over 7,000 people who have some form of support or care needs. We are doing this across Kent, eight London boroughs, Surrey and Sussex and through more than 200 staff. We provide over 600 homes for those needing accommodation based support. Other service users receive floating support in their own homes.

The people who receive our services are often the most disadvantaged in our society and we have a strong commitment to helping them achieve their aspirations and improve the quality of their lives. We provide services for:

• People with learning disabilities
• People with mental health support needs
• People with physical disabilities
• Older adults
• People with epilepsy
• Ex-offenders
• Young single people who are vulnerable
• Rough sleepers
• Young people leaving care
• Men and women suffering domestic abuse
• Women and their children fleeing domestic abuse.
• Teenage mothers & their babies
• Vulnerable tenants living in their own homes
• Lifeline (Telecare) Services in Kent and Sussex
• Extra Care Sheltered Housing Support for Older People in Kent and Sussex

We value diversity and recognise that everyone is different. Each person using one of our services agrees a customised support plan that reflects their individual needs and provides them with opportunities to achieve sustainment of their tenancy, transition through crisis and empowerment towards greater independence.
